Chuck's Mac & Cheese

A nice and easy to make mac and cheese that will blow the pants off of anything that comes out of a box

Ingredients

  • 8oz dried pasta

  • 1/3 cup heavy cream

  • 5 oz cheese (I suggest a mix of sharp cheddar, parmesan, and pepper jack)

  • 1/2 Tsp mustard powder

  • 1/4 Tsp Garlic powder

  • 1/4 Tsp onion powder

  • 1/4 Tsp cayenne pepper

  • Black pepper to taste

  • 1/2 stick of butter

Directions

  • In a large pan or wok, bring the heavy cream up to near boiling

  • Add in cheese, stir until well combined and melted

  • Add in spices

  • Cook noodles as per instructions on box, or for fresh noodles cook until al dente

  • Combine the cooked noodles and cheese in either a crock pot or large bowl, mix

  • Once the cheese and pasta are combined well, add in half stick of butter cut into smaller chunks, stir until well combined
